Welcome to Our New Operations Manager
We are pleased to officially welcome Steve Watkins, who has recently commenced as Operations Manager at the centre.
Steve joins the team with a strong focus on maintaining a safe, well-presented and customer-focused environment for our retailers, customers and community. As he settles into the role and becomes familiar with the centre, we look forward to introducing him to retailers and working together to support the ongoing success of the centre.
In the meantime, please continue to direct all operational enquiries to Jenna Samuel, Centre Manager, who will be pleased to assist you.

Waste Disposal & Compactor Use
All retailers are responsible for ensuring waste is disposed of correctly and must not leave waste in trolleys, on the floor, or beside the waste compactors. All waste must be placed directly into the appropriate waste stream bin or compactor to maintain a safe, clean and compliant waste management area. Training on correct waste disposal procedures has been provided to retailers; however, if additional training or guidance is required, please contact Centre Management. Please note that all waste bins and compactors are kept open and unlocked at all times to allow for proper disposal, and this should be utilised accordingly. Failure to dispose of waste correctly may result in further action being taken by Centre Management.
Please be advised that the red and white Veolia skip bin currently located in the loading dock is being relocated and will be reserved exclusively for Centre Management use.
Retailers are reminded that all waste must be disposed of through the appropriate centre waste streams, including the designated bins and compactors. Any waste that cannot be accommodated within the centre's waste management facilities must be removed and disposed of by the retailer at their own expense. Under no circumstances is additional refuse to be placed in the Veolia skip bin or left within the loading dock area.
